Where are your products made?
MOSA ROSE bags are handmade in New York City by highly skilled artisans. Attention to detail and quality are a priority for us, which is why we have chosen to work with a family-run manufacturer with extensive experience in the handbag industry.
Do you have a retail location?
We currently have a pop-up location south of Boston at 344 Gannett Road in Scituate, Massachusetts. Stay tuned for updates on additional pop-ups across the country.
Do you offer monogramming?
At this time, we do not offer any monogramming.
Can I get on the waitlist for a sold out product?
If the sold out product you are interested in will be restocked, you can simply click the “Notify Me” button on the product page and enter your email address. If the “Notify Me” option isn’t available, then the product will not be restocked.
How do pre-orders work?
Occasionally we have bags available for pre-order. To process a pre-order, you will place your order through our website. You will be charged for the handbag at the time the order is placed. Once the order has shipped, you will receive shipping notification via email. For status updates on your order, please email us at info@mosarose.com.
Do you offer a warranty for your products?
We stand behind the quality of our products and have carefully chosen leather, hardware and lining that will provide longevity for your bag. Our bags are handmade by skilled artisans and are made to last. However, if your bag is in need of repair outside of normal wear and tear, we offer one-year warranty on all manufacturing components of our bags. We are happy to handle complimentary repairs for issues resulting in manufacturing defects within this one-year period. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. If you are experiencing unforeseen quality issues, email us at info@mosarose.com with your order number or purchase receipt. Please include photos of the issue as well as the front, back, sides, bottom, and interior of your bag. Repairs may take up to 3-4 weeks, excluding shipping time.

What should I do if the order I receive is damaged?
Damaged claims on shipped items must be made within 5 days of a package’s arrival. Please inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt because no claims can be made after 5 days. In order to process a damage claim, we will need you to retain the original packaging and to send us photos of the damaged item(s) and the original packaging. Please email us at info@mosarose.com to process the damage claim. Once your damage claim is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and a return authorization form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to edit orders once they are placed. Please contact us at info@mosarose.com or proceed with return processing for your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you should receive a confirmation email and order number as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact us at info@mosarose.com with any questions.
Do you offer gift receipts?
Yes, we can provide a gift receipt with no pricing information.
How can I check the status of my order?
Can I pay with more than one card at checkout?
Unfortunately, we are only able to process one payment method per order.

There are many reasons why a card can be declined, including incorrect billing information. Try reaching out to your bank or card company, as they can often provide more information.
