Shipping & Returns


We offer free ground shipping through UPS on all US orders. Please allow 2-3 days for processing. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.


We offer expedited shipping via UPS 2nd Day Air delivery for $35. Order processing time still applies to the order. 


We will provide international shipping for an additional cost. Any taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Some of our bags are produced in limited quantities. If your ordered item is not in stock, we will contact you within 72 hours with a projected lead time and to answer any questions. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information for your package.


MOSA ROSE accepts return requests of unused products for a full refund to the original payment within 15 days of delivery for orders shipped within the United States. To request a return, please email us at with your order number and details. Upon approval from MOSA ROSE, we will send a return label and return form to your email address. The return item must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the return label, otherwise the return will not be processed.

All returned products must be unused, undamaged, with all accessories included, and, whenever possible, packaged in the original boxes in order to ensure a full credit. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a return does not comply with this policy.

Once your return package is received, it will take 10-15 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
